Project Hygiene Kit: Save a Life with Your One Hundred Pesos (Php 100/ $2.5)

A  week passed since Super Typhoon Yolanda hit the Philippines and the devastation it caused us is still immeasurable. It's saddens me to watch the news and know that some weren't able to experience relief efforts yet but it's more heartbreaking to just watch and do nothing.

Our initial efforts are not sustainable, they will run out but nevertheless let's do what we could and help save more lives in the way that we can. They've been crying that they survived the typhoon but they might die because of hunger and insanitary surroundings. Aside from all the food and cash donations, Davao Bloggers Association organized the Project Hygiene Kit for the victims of Typhoon Yolanda.

People of the Philippines, if you care and you're watching the news or even surfing the internet, YOU CAN HELP. There's no such thing as big time or small time help. We don't need spend much to give more. Let's just give generously and it'll mean much to our fellow Filipinos in Eastern Samar.

A conscious effort from DBA to join relief operations by raising a total of Php 100,000.00 to finance and produce 1,000 hygiene packs for the victims. Each kit only costs Php100/USD2.50 and contains essential toiletries to keep them hygienic and avoid further infections/diseases to spread.
